The cabin is about 60 square meters. Built in the 30s. It is located in Emsfors, about 1.5 miles south of Oskarshamn. You drive towards Påskallavik and take the road towards Emsfors and further across Emån to Skruvshult. The cottage sleeps six. Two in the bedroom and two upstairs. Sleeps two in a sofa bed in the living room. In the cottage there is a toilet with shower and washing machine. A conservatory with a sun deck outside. An outdoor shower is available at the storage building. The cottage has municipal water and sewerage. TV is available with limited channels downstairs and upstairs. Both TV sets have Chrome Cast installed. Large lot. We have no pets and none have stayed here since 2016 when we took over the house. Fridge and freezer, cooker with hob and benchtop dishwasher.

There is fiber in the cabin.
