The house has a fully equipped kitchen with table for 5 people, a living room with sofa and 3 armchairs, TV, fireplace. In the yard there are tables and chairs for up to 10-12 people (free to move garden furniture so everyone can sit together). There is a toilet with a sink. No shower or washing machine. About 70-100 m from the house there is the possibility of both showering and washing for a certain payment (marina). The house is right by the river, access to a canoe and a small inflatable boat is available. There is a trampoline in the yard. It is about a 3-4 minute walk to the Coop and a 2 minute walk to the restaurant. You can swim in both sea and lake. Easiest to take a car, but you can cycle there. Close to being able to take forest walks and/or walks by the sea! In the large bedroom there is a stove that warms comfortably. The house has two floors (not adapted for the disabled) Wood for burning in the stove and fireplace is included in the price. Soap and detergent are included.
