Newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi installed. Large pleasant terrace with barbecue at the back of the house. Good parking facilities. 3 regular bikes and 1 tandem bike. No pets allowed. Final cleaning is done by the tenant. Sheets and towels are not included.
