Here you can live in a large and spacious house for 6-8 people a stone's throw from central Oskarshamn. Only 600m to the center and 1.5km to the arena village/Döderhultsdalen. There is a large kitchen with access to stove/oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A large living room with access to a projector and a smaller TV room with connection to the kitchen. A toilet with sink upstairs and a large bathroom with shower and washer/dryer downstairs. There are baby gates to the stairs, a high chair and the possibility of a travel cot. During the rental, the villa is pet-free, but there has been a cat here before.

There is one bedroom with a 180cm bed, one bedroom with a 160cm bed and two bedrooms with a comfortable 160cm air mattress in each room. It is possible to arrange an extra single bed to be placed in any room.

In the garden there is a pergola with evening sun and a lovely large sofa. Dining area and grill are also available. A lawn with apple trees. A large greenhouse with vegetables that you can pick.
