Welcome to rent our child-friendly villa in central Mörlunda, a small community halfway between Oskarshamn and Vimmerby (Astrid Lindgren's World), just over 4.5 miles.

The villa is divided into 2 levels with a basement.

Upstairs; Bedroom 1, double bed and cot. Bedroom 2, 90 cm bed and junior bed. Small toilet.

Entrance level; Kitchen, dining area, bathroom with shower, living room with adjacent dining room, bedroom 3 with 120 cm bed and cot, covered patio.

Large fenced garden with swing and drying rack/drying rack.

Basement: Laundry room with drying facilities.

Large driveway with carport and room for a caravan if desired!

There is room for more beds/air mattresses if you want to bring your own.

The family has both a dog and a cat (both hypoallergenic, the house is cleaned before arrival and the animals are not at home during the time in question.)

Pets are welcome, not allowed on sofa/beds.

Bed linen/towels are brought by the tenant.

Cleaning takes place before departure, vacuum cleaner/mop and tools are available for use.

Near the accommodation are the following:

- Shop (ICA Near) and Pharmacy, approx. 200 m.

- Large fresh playground, 50 m.

- Pizzeria 250 m.

A lake with a child-friendly sandy beach, jetty and changing facilities is about 4.5 km away.
