The house is located in a small village called Bockara, 25 km west of Oskarshamn. In the village there is a cozy swimming lake, a school, playgrounds and beautiful surrounding nature with large fields and fine forests with berries and mushrooms.

It is 5 km to the nearest grocery store (Berga).

The over 100-year-old house is large (250 sq m) and in good renovated condition, there are also two kind cat brothers (Bosse and Frasse) who would like to share the accommodation with you. In normal cases, the dog Lasse also lives in the house, but he accompanies his master and mother.

Lower floor:

- Two halls, a small toilet and laundry room.

- A large kitchen with kitchen island and large dining table.

- A substantial living room with corner sofa and TV.

- A large room/hall with additional dining table, tiled stove and club chairs.

- An office and glazed conservatory.

Upper level:

- Four bedrooms, two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a single bed.

Additional sleeping places can be arranged if necessary as the house is large and easily accommodates 2 families.

We would like the house to be cleaned and vacuumed before you leave. If you want final cleaning, it will be arranged for a fee.
