Bedroom 2: 90cm bed for one person.

An additional 70cm air mattress for one person may also be available.

Bedroom 3: air mattress 120cm for 1-2 people.

Extras: Available with travel cot and cot for baby/toddler. Toys are available for loan.

5-6 beds for adults + two small children. A total of 8 beds in the house.

Partial storage facilities are available in all bedrooms. Bed linen is included.

Bathroom

Fully tiled bathroom with bathtub and shower insert. Towels are included

Laundry

Laundry room with washing machine and drying facilities inside and outside on a drying line.

The laundry room is now undergoing a house update.

Glazed conservatory

Lounge group and dining table with room for up to 6 people.

Garden: Mostly grass. Lots of greenery including a greenhouse (a friend will take care of this during your stay). There is a large gas grill and an additional outdoor table with room for 6 people.

Carport:

Plastic for two cars lengthwise. They can borrow a women's bike with a child's seat if desired. There is also a used bicycle trailer for two children to put on the bicycle. Existing condition but will take you and the kids where you need to go.

No power pole, but there is an electrical outlet in the carport.

Living room

Sofa with room for 4 people. Armchair. TV with Chromecast

Other information

With reservation from pictures to reality due to house updates. Could be changes such as mouldings, wallpaper, house updates for the better.

Also keep in mind that this is an owner-occupied villa, which means that some storage will be private, which will be marked out. Treat this home as if it were your own, with respect and care. If something breaks, this needs to be reported.

Pets and smoke free home.

No parties allowed.

Final cleaning not included. Available for purchase. Otherwise, you must return the house in the condition in which you borrowed it.
