The cottage is located on Stångehamn, a summer paradise with a mix of permanent residences and leisure residences with the Baltic Sea around the corner. There are several bathing spots, and the nearest one is about 450m. It is about 6 kilometers to the center of Oskarshamn and about 3 kilometers to the center of Kristineberg with grocery stores and a pizzeria.

Guest is responsible for final cleaning. Cleaning materials are available.
