Newly built cottage right by the water, 3 km from Mönsterås town center. The cottage consists of an open living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. A bunk bed in one room (90x200) and a double bed in the other (160x200). On the same plot, there is an older cabin with a sofa bed (140x200) in the living room and two narrow beds (70x190) in a smaller bedroom. This cabin has a fridge/freezer but no water drawn in so everyone can use the kitchen and bathroom in the new house. The houses are right next to each other.

The location is quiet and scenic with a view of Mönsteråsviken and Mönsterås köping over the water. Canoe and life jackets are available to borrow. 3-4 bikes can also be arranged if desired. Two cats live next door and may want to visit. The accommodation is otherwise pet-free and smoking is not permitted.

The final cleaning is done by the tenant or purchased if desired.
