Indoor

Spacious kitchen with everything needed, large living room with dining room for 8 people (extra tables and chairs available). Bathroom with shower and a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a common area. The rooms are divided into two children's rooms + a normal bedroom. The beds in the children's rooms are a bunk bed 90*200 and 1 child's bed 70*140. in the large bedroom the bed is 180*200.

It is possible to set up two more beds in one of the rooms, these are 80*200 (bottom mattresses). There is also the option of sleeping on the sofa.

Air Air for cooling is available both upstairs and downstairs. Inserted summer-23 (Very effective)

Outside

Large garden which is fenced at the back, however gates are missing at the front so the garden is not fully fenced. Large balcony with sunny position most of the day. Larger grills are available. Small play stand + trampoline (playground is opposite the house). Smaller pool will be available. Large garage driveway that can accommodate 4 cars, there is also the possibility to park along the fence. Charging box for electric car available. There is a drying rack at the back of the garage.

There is also the possibility to set up a caravan/mobile home in the garage driveway if desired for a small fee. Ask for more information.

Animal

Animals are allowed. For the sake of information, a cat lives in the household today, but will live elsewhere during the rental.

Cleaning

You are responsible for cleaning before you leave. Vacuumed, made, put away and tidy in all rooms.

Bed linen is included for the 6 beds.

Public transport

Bus stop (Emsfors E22) at the E22 is approx. 600 m from the house. Located right next to the end of the road.

Buses run every 30 minutes with easy transfer to bus that goes to the O-ring.
