In the house there are on the ground floor:

- a closed room with a double bed

- a closed room with 2 beds

- two sofa beds (double so 4 beds) in TV room (no door/open plan

(possibly 2 beds screened off)

2 toilets

Kitchen, dining area and TV room in one.

Upstairs in the house are:

- A sofa bed with room for 2

(possibility of more beds/air mattress)

A guest cabin with two single beds. Only beds in this cabin.

Rowing boat and bicycles are available for loan.

Charging post for electric car available.

It is possible to park a caravan/mobile home in the driveway.

Best suited for living around 8 people (ok with more, but in simpler bed options and more makeshift dining areas).
