We rent out part of a villa.

Guests have access to a basement containing a spacious recreation room, a library, a bedroom, a relaxation room, bathroom and laundry room.

The bedroom has a single bed.

Both the foam rubber mattresses and the large inflatable mattress we provide can be placed in the recreation room and the library. Bed linen and towels are included.

In addition, the kitchen including equipment on the entrance floor can be used and also the large conservatory adjacent to the kitchen.

However, my wife and I will live in the house in the meantime. We are located on the entrance floor. The kitchen and the conservatory are shared by the host couple and the guests.

Parking is available, as well as free access to the garden. A gas grill can also be used.

We take care of final cleaning ourselves.

The villa is located approximately 500 meters from Döderhultsdalen.
