I have a 1a to lend on Hamngatan in Oskarshamn with up to 3 beds if one is willing to sleep on the sofa and two in a 1.40 bed.

As I said, the bed is 1.40m, perfect for 2 if you can share, and the sofa accommodates me, who is 1.80m tall.

Internet is included and a 55-inch TV, but there are no channels, so it works well if you have your own chromecast or other media player.

Washing machine and dryer are in the toilet and you don't have to worry about electricity because it's included in the rent, so wash as much as you want.

A neighbor has a dog.

Kettles are available and all other standard equipment for cooking.

Unfortunately there is no microphone.
