All campsites are sold out! O-Ringen refers to book at other campsites outside Oskarshamn! The camping distribution list is posted on O-Ringen's home page before the start of the event.
To book a camping spots with elecetricity at 09.00 on April 5th:
- Date period 18-28 July 2024 applies when you actively click on the calendar to search for a free campsite with electricity.
- For those of you who have not booked before, you can choose to pay by card or against an invoice.
- For those of you who have booked before and have a booking confirmation with a campsite without electricity but wish to buy a campsite with electricity, book as a new booking, i.e. book an electricity spot, select invoice payment method. After booking and you have received your booking confirmation in your inbox, you should contact By Nordiq at oringen@bynordiq.se with your old booking number where you booked your previous campsite without electricity and your new booking number for the campsite with electricity. By Nordiq will move the amount paid, on the next working day, from the old booking to the new booking and cancel the product campsite without electricity. You will then receive an updated confirmation with information on when the difference must be paid at the latest.
ATTENTION! There may be many people booking. Should a booking take place without you receiving a booking confirmation in your mail but money has been deducted from your card, you have not received a booking, i.e. it has not gone through the system and the money goes back from your bank to your card within a few hours.
Possible period to book is a full week (10 days). There is access to a service house at the campsite.
The period is 18-28 July 2024.
A camping spot, 9*9 m or 9*18 m, accommodates a caravan with an awning and a car, these must be placed based on the specifications. If you want, you can book a 9*9 m camping spot and stay with 1 tent, otherwise the smaller squares are for tents.
In camping spot 9*18 m a tent can also be accommodated if it is within the fire requirements, local regulations may take place. Tents are welcome on the campsites and even then any car must fit within the size of the campsite and be placed according to the instructions. 1 tent per camping spot. Depending on the location of the windows and the fire protection requirements, etc. may your vehicle be directed to separate parking in the area and not next to the tent.
The half camping spot 4.5*9m are only for tents, no guarantee that the car may park at the site (it may be referred to another parking space by O-Ringen's staff).
Attention! These spots are not distributed with the club in the camping distribution, but these spots are referred by O-Ringen to when the event will start.
