Cleaning and linens:
Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
 
Final cleaning is done by the tenant:
Empty trash, fridge, and freezer
Wash dishes and wipe down the kitchen
Vacuum used areas
Clean bathrooms/toilets
Strip the beds
Turn off lights, close windows, and lock up
The house should be left in good and tidy condition.
