Private accommodation | This large villa is located on Hisingen, right next to the beautiful Hisingsparken and its jogging trails, and just a short walk from a bus stop with frequent connections, including trunk bus line 25. The house enjoys an excellent location, privately situated at the end of a quiet road with no direct overlooking neighbors and offering lovely views over Toleredsdalen. The property accommodates 5 adult beds and 1 junior bed (160 cm), please note the juniorbed is for children up to 10 years old.

The villa has three floors.
The upper floor features two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a bathtub.
The entrance floor welcomes you with a unique lobby in English 1930s style. This floor offers generous social spaces including a living room, dining area, and kitchen, as well as one bedroom. A fireplace, TV (with Apple TV), and WiFi are available. From the kitchen, there is access to a glass-enclosed terrace where summer dinners can be enjoyed. For cooler evenings, infrared heating is available. Outside, there is a large dining table, lounge furniture, and a charcoal grill.
The lower ground floor (souterrain) includes a brand-new bathroom with sauna, a separate WC, and a laundry room. The two bedrooms on this floor are currently under renovation and will therefore be unavailable during summer 2026.
The garden, with stone walls and a south-facing slope, offers several sunny outdoor areas: a paved patio with a dining set, a gravel area with lounge furniture surrounded by lush flowerbeds, and a trampoline next to the apple trees. On the north side of the house lies Hisingsparken, with scenic jogging trails, mountain bike tracks, and several ponds.
There are two parking spaces at the house, as well as an electric vehicle charger, which can be used for an additional fee by agreement with the host.
 
Animals
On the upper floor, there is a small aquarium with fish that need to be fed every second or third day, and we hope guests can help with this. Two guinea pigs normally live in the house, but they will have alternative accommodation during the rental period (please let us know if you would like them to stay during your visit). Calm and well-behaved pets are welcome indoors.
