You are just a 5-minute walk from several lakes, while the bus stop is only 2 minutes from the house and takes you to Korsvägen in 15 minutes. The living room is spacious, with a large sofa and dining table, a TV corner, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need.

The house is located at the edge of the forest, just a few minutes’ walk from several swimming spots, making it perfect for an orienteering family. It is fully equipped to take care of muddy and wet clothes. This is a practical, orienteer-friendly home with two showers, a boot dryer, and a washing machine.
There is a large, lovely terrace with a beautiful view, sofas, and several seating areas. A barbecue is available, and if it rains you can extend the large awning so you can still sit outside. At the same time, the house is close to public transport and within easy reach of Mölndal town centre and Gothenburg.
 
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms: one with a double bed, two slightly smaller rooms each with a 90 cm single bed and a desk, and a fourth bedroom with a 120 cm bed, a desk, an armchair, and space for an extra mattress. There is also a bathroom with a large shower and a toilet.
On the ground floor, there is a fifth bedroom with a 120 cm bed. The TV room has a sofa that converts into a bed, and there is also space to place an extra mattress if needed. This floor also features a drying room with a dehumidifier for fast drying, a washing machine, tumble dryer, boot dryer, and a shower cabin. There is also access to the garage, with space for storing bulky equipment if required.
An extra mattress and a folding camp bed are available to borrow if needed.
 
Final cleaning is carried out by the guests.
The owners have a dog; it does not shed and is allergy-friendly.
