Large outdoor patio facing the forest. The forest is right outside the door. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, making it calm and child-friendly. A tennis court (asphalt) and a playground are located very nearby.

Approximately 30 minutes from the city center by public transport.
Additional information:
An allergy-friendly dog (Bichon Havanese) lives in the house. The owner is allergic but has no issues with this breed.
Final cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants. Bed linen and towels can be provided for a small additional fee.
