Our semi-detached house is located in a safe and popular neighborhood, just a few minutes from Vättlefjäll and Dammekärr, where parts of the competitions take place. At the same time, the commuter train takes you to central Gothenburg in 18 minutes, or 15 minutes by car. Perfect for those who want to combine nature, competition, and city life in Gothenburg.
The house is bright, well-planned, and designed for comfort. With a living room, kitchen, and three bedrooms, there is plenty of space for families or smaller groups.
The living room is a natural gathering place with a large, comfortable sofa and a dining table seating six people. The kitchen is newly renovated and fully equipped, with space to enjoy breakfast or cook meals together.
There are two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and one with a shower. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. The carport accommodates two cars, and an EV charging station is available for an additional fee.

The house offers two lovely outdoor areas to enjoy. The front side has evening sun and a cozy lounge area, perfect for relaxing late into the evening. The backyard offers morning sun, a grill, a pizza oven, and a dining area for six people—ideal for sunny breakfasts or unwinding after competition days. There is also a trampoline on the property, which is usually very popular.
The home is completely pet-free and smoke-free due to allergies, and we kindly ask all guests to respect this.
