Stair gates are available and can be installed if requested.
 
Cleaning is included in the price. Towels and sheets can be arranged if necessary and for an additional fee.
 
The garage will not be included in the rent. There is 1 parking space outside the garage. If you come with several cars, there is free parking on the street outside. Bicycle racks are available at the front. No bicycles are included in the rent.
 
The hot tub at the back may be used during your stay. If you drink while bathing, DO NOT use glasses, drink from plastic or metal containers.
Charcoal grill, grill and patio heater are available for use. There are also cushions for the outdoor furniture and various garden games to borrow.
 
Pet-free home. Sometimes a dog visits. Ok to bring a dog. It is possible to fence the garden, but it is recommended to have the dog on a leash if it is prone to escaping as the fence partly consists of compost grates and the neighbor has rabbits.
