Access & layout: Only the ground floor of the house is rented out, with a separate own entrance. You enter via the laundry room (easy to use), further to the lower hall and into the bedroom/living room.

Sleeping places: The room has a large sofa bed with a comfortable mattress (160 cm) that can accommodate two people. There are also two extra comfortable thick mattresses (80 cm/mattress) that provide space for two more people to sleep well. A total of up to four guests. (The mattresses are not visible in the pictures).
Bathroom: Large bathroom downstairs with bathtub.
Textiles: Towels and sheets are brought by the guest.
Cleaning: The accommodation must be left in the same condition as on arrival. Cleaning materials are available on site.
Storage: Possibility to park bicycles in the garage.
 
Kitchen: Please note: There is no kitchen in the accommodation. Kettle & Coffee maker can be arranged. Fridge + freezer are in the garage if you want to use.
 
Suitable for those looking for simple accommodation centrally located in Hisingen. NOTE: Garden furniture + balcony are not something that will be used by the guests.
