Private accommodation | The "Källarvinden" is the upper floor of an outbuilding at the listed Skändla Sörgård from the 1820s. However, the premises are from the 1980s.

The premises are a large room of around 60 square meters including a kitchenette. There are no beds, but the tenant must arrange mattresses themselves. The maximum number of people staying overnight is 10.
 
The kitchenette has a refrigerator, freezer, sink, kettle, coffee maker, two hotplates and an oven. Crockery, cutlery, pots etc. are available. There is no microwave at the moment but this can be discussed. In an adjacent room with an outdoor entrance - the door next to the entrance to the premises - there is a toilet and sink. No shower. Municipal water and sewage.
 
No smoking. No pets. No candles. No own heat sources/kitchen.
 
Cleaning equipment is available. The tenant cleans afterwards: vacuums the premises and wet mops the toilet.
 
There is parking available. However, there is a gravel slope up to the door and it is not accessible.
 
The bus to and from Gothenburg leaves from a stop nearby.
 
We may have a public viewing of the farm for a couple of days, but this should not affect the tenant.
 
It is possible to rent additional days before or after.
 
Until a year ago, there were horses in the stable building next door (10 meters away) and there could possibly be horses there this summer.
 
According to information from the O-Ringen office, the gate north from the O-Ringen area at the traffic practice track should be open and then it is about a kilometer walk to Källarvinden from the O-Ringen area on Holm.
