A whole cottage, "lillstugan", with newly furnished kitchen and bathroom, sleeping loft with two beds, large veranda. I live in another house on the property, "storstugan".
A large lawn with space for playing. Space for parking several cars. Possibility to set up several caravans/tents. There is also a small dance floor that is free to use. There is also a small gazebo with a table and 14 chairs, to use if it rains, for example.
The little cottage has a fridge with freezer compartment, convection oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, household assistant, household utensils, crockery, cutlery. Bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. No washing machine.
 
Garbage is sorted: glass, plastic, metal, paper in separate containers. Compostable waste is placed in designated compost bin.
 
Nice orientation opportunities in the surroundings (map prepared by OK Flundrehof is nearby). 2 km to the nearest lake, 3 km to the nearest grocery store (in Sjuntorp), 10 km to Trollhättan.
 
Bed linen and towels are not included.
Final cleaning is included.
